All for sale items are AS IS. NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES/NO REFUNDS. PLEASE BRING YOUR GA ISSUED GOVERNMENT PHOTO IDENTIFICATION. PICKUP MUST BE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY BETWEN THE HOURS OF 10am and 6pm. MISSED APPOINTMENT IS A CANCELLATION AND A FORFEIT OF YOUR MINIMUM PAYMENT. ALL ITEMS ARE IN FAIR AND WORKING CONDITION. Any items purchased from Jenz Events Rental or Studio 42 that are not picked up within 48 hours of purchase, will incur a daily storage fee starting at $35 to up to $75 a day. If the storage cost exceeds the cost of the items purchased, your items are forfeited and there is no refund. We reserve the right to keep the items or resale them. |
