MAXIMUM AMOUNT AVAILABLE in inventory 3 call to change quantity and oay additional fees.  Tent seats 35-42 estimate depending on table size. Lights, tables and chairs are not included in this price.

BULK ORDER: There will be an additional fee included for all bulk orders/large loads.  

TENT SETUP: There is a setup fee for each tent installation. First tent setup is $50 and $100 for each additional tents.

EXTENSION CORD: You must have your own out door 3 prong extension cord reaching to area you want tent, if adding lights.

CONCRETE, GRASS: Please specify in the customer comments section if this item will be on concrete, grass or indoors on hard floor. If you do not specify this, we will assume that it will be on grass. If we get there and it is anything other than on grass and you did not inform us, it will delay your event at least 2 hours. You will also be charged an additional rerouting fee (no less than $50). We will not leave the item unsecured to the ground because of safety reasons. Depending on how far we have to drive, this rental may be canceled all together and there will be no refund.

SETUP/TAKEDOWN: We do not setup in drity yard around trash, high grass or feces. Please do not have anything under or around tent area for setup. Do not attach anything to the tent. When we arrive for pickup, do not have anything under tent, including tables, chairs, trash or food. Have the area completly clear.

DELIVERY: We do not deliver before 12:30pm unless it is for a special events. Please call in advance before ordering for confirmation. We do not setup in the dark and we do not take down after 8 pm, only if it fall under special conditions. Please call before ordering if you have any questions.

INCLIMATE WEATHER: We reserve the right to cancel this rental at anytime due to: Thunderstorms, Tornadoes, Huricanes, Blizzard, Extreme Heat (High Temperaturn), Rain Storm, Thunder & Lightning, Freeze Warning (Frost Temperature), High Winds. You will have the option to reschedule (No Blackout Days, Holidays or week before or after holidays if the holiday falls on a weekday, or the day before or the day after holiday). Date that you reschedule to, must be within 90 days of your cancellation date. 

DAMAGE WAIVER: If you choose this option, it protects you from normal wear and tear only. It do not protect you from intentional damages due to negligence done by you, your guest or inclimate weather. It is up to you to protect the rental while in your possession. In the event of items being non repairable, you are responsible for the full replacement cost. 
 

SPRINKLER SYSTEM: We place the item where you ask. We are not responsible for any damages done by staking item down in the ground. It is your job to inform us in the comment section in advance that you have sprinkler system.
